THE TEAM

Meet Barry Williams, an award-winning Visual Effects Supervisor and Creative Director with over two decades of experience on over 20 feature films. Barry has pioneered new techniques and technologies now used as standards throughout the industry.

He currently serves as the Director of Creative Technologies at Trilith Studios where he leads the development of new and proprietary technologies and partnerships to be permanently located in a dedicated district of purpose-built stages.

Barry has worked on a number of high-profile projects including Emmy Award-winning The Mandalorian, Ready Player One, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, and served as a Visual Effects Supervisor on Tomorrowland.

He has earned three Visual Effects Society Award nominations for his contributions to Tomorrowland, Indiana Jones and The Kingdom of Crystal Skull, and Rush Hour 3 and won Outstanding Created Environment for his work on The Avengers, which was also nominated for an Oscar.
